Open Cydia in iPhone and look for ActivateMMS2G.
Install Patch ActivateMMS2G v1.0 and reboot the iPhone.
You will be able to see a Camera icon in your SMS.
Click on Camera icon in SMS and choose pictures which you have taken from Camera and Send via SMS.
Conditions Required:
1.MMS Service should be active to send MMS and if not please contact your ISP.i.e Airtel,Vodafone.
2.iPhone should be Jailbreak.
